Options dialog box. Click on the Save tab. Select
the Save AutoRecovery info every checkbox, and set
frequency in minutes. Make sure the Disable AutoRecover
checkbox is NOT selected. Click OK. |

Booking Terms & Conditions |
Confirmed Bookings
When you make a confirmed booking, we will check the course
status and acknowledge acceptance by e-mail. On acceptance via
e-mail by us, the booking will be treated as an order and we
will issue paperwork appropriate to the chosen course.
Provisional Bookings
When you make a provisional booking, we will check the course
status and acknowledge availability by e-mail. To retain your
place on the course, you should provide written confirmation of
the booking. This should be performed by e-mail, fax, or letter.
On subsequent acceptance via e-mail by us, the booking will be
treated as an order and we will issue paperwork appropriate to
the chosen course.
Joining Instructions
Upon receipt of your confirmation, Joining instructions will be
sent to you which include course timings, course overviews and a
map of directions to the relevant training venue. Payment is,
unless formally agreed in writing by us, due 14 days prior to
the course commencement date. If for whatever reason payment is
not received, attendance at the course will not be permitted.
Payment Terms
An invoice will be issued upon receipt of your booking. Payment
is due on receipt, and should be received by us at least 10
working days
prior to the course commencement date. If a booking is made
within 10 working days of the course date payment is due on booking.
Please make cheques payable to COMPUTER
LITERACY.
All course fees quoted are exclusive of Value
Added Tax which should be added to the amount shown at the
ruling rate at the time of booking the course. If you fail to
make any payment when due we reserve the right to levy a late
payment charge calculated at the rate of 2% per month accruing
daily from the date the invoice becomes due for payment.
Attendance Certificates and Delegates Reports
Attendance
certificates will be provided to all delegates on completion of
the course. Delegate reports can be provided, but any such
request must be made in writing two weeks prior to commencement
of the course date.
Cancellations and Transfers
Cancellations
and transfers will only be accepted if made in writing and
received at least 10 working days before the start of the
course. Cancellations after that date will incur a cancellation
fee of 50% of the agreed course fee or 100% if cancelled within
3 working days of the course date.
Course Changes
We reserve the
right to improve the specification and format of our courses for
the benefit of our clients without notice to you.
The location and date of the course will be as advised to you at
the time of booking. We reserve the right to change the location
of the course and will advise you as soon as any required change
is known.
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule any course and will
advise you as soon as this change is known. We will use all
reasonable endeavours to avoid changes of this nature. When this
is unavoidable we will refund in full all monies paid by you, or
at your option apply all monies to a rescheduled or alternative
course.
Warranty and Liability
You should
accept that it is your responsibility to verify that the courses
are suitable for the requirements of the delegate attending a
particular course and that the delegate has the necessary level
of competence to be able to achieve the objectives of the
course.
Our liability for loss and damage shall be limited to a claim
for damages. The maximum aggregate liability will be the charges
for the course out of which the loss or damage has arisen. We
will not be liable for indirect, special or consequential loss
(including loss of anticipated profit or data), howsoever
arising, even if it has been advised of such potential loss.
We accept responsibility for death and injury resulting from our
negligence when carrying out courses.
Copyright
The copyright
and all other intellectual property rights in all course
materials shall remain the sole and exclusive property of
Computer Literacy or, in the case of a course developed by an
Associate of Computer Literacy, the Associate's organisation.
You undertake that you will not copy or permit the photocopying
of course materials, nor disclose or permit the disclosure or
sell or hire the same to third parties, nor use the same for
running your own courses.
