 Course Options

Open Public Courses
Tutor led public courses which are scheduled on a regular basis at our SE1 London training centre.

Company Specific Courses
Company specific courses are available for organisations that have several employees who all need training at the same time or the course required is not part of our normal Open Public Course schedule.  .
These closed courses are ideal where tailoring of the standard course content is required. When compared to the Open Public Course option, they typically provide cost benefits when there are three or more employees who need training simultaneously.
Courses can be run on-site if suitable facilities exist or at our SE1 London training centre.

One-On-One Mentoring -  Personal Coaching
Ideal for individual delegates who have a specific requirement from the software or where previous knowledge makes group training inappropriate. The pace and the content of the course can then be adjusted to the individuals exact needs.

Floor - Walking
Where attendance on a course may not be considered appropriate, our trainers will visit clients offices on an ad-hoc or regular basis, resolving  individual issues on a case by case basis - delivering quick training sessions on the "front line" at the desk.

 Other Options
In addition to classroom based courses, we also offer a substantial range of computer (CBT) and web (WBT) based training  courses. C/WBT are alternative education methods for those individuals looking for perhaps a cheaper alternative to traditional instructor led (ILT) training.
